Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the LuminexLabradors website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Puppy Purchase Terms
Reservation Process
To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your place in line and is applied toward the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of puppy pickup.
Health Guarantee
All puppies come with our comprehensive 2-year health guarantee covering genetic health conditions. Please refer to our Health Guarantee page for complete details and terms.
Pickup and Delivery
Puppies are typically ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. We offer local pickup and can arrange delivery for an additional fee. All arrangements must be made in advance.
Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing or causing distress to any person
- Transmitting obscene or offensive content
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website
- Using automated systems to access the website
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LuminexLabradors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
LuminexLabradors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for services, if any.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Deposits: Reservation deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter within 12 months of the original deposit date.
Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation after the puppy is born, you forfeit your deposit. If we are unable to provide a puppy as agreed, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Returns: We do not accept returns once a puppy has left our care. However, if you can no longer care for your dog at any point in its life, we require that you contact us first. We will help rehome the dog or take it back.
Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing a puppy from LuminexLabradors, you agree to:
- Provide proper veterinary care, nutrition, and housing
- Complete the first veterinary exam within 72 hours of pickup
- Maintain current vaccinations and preventative care
- Never surrender the dog to a shelter or rescue
- Contact us if you can no longer care for the dog
- Spay/neuter the dog if sold on a limited AKC registration
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all information, content, and services provided are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
